Rumaih AL-Rumaih is an accomplished professional in the transportation sector, currently serving as the Vice Minister at the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services since July 2022 and as President of the Transport General Authority since October 2016. Previously, Rumaih held the position of President at the Saudi Railways Organization from December 2015 to April 2021 and was the CEO of the Saudi Railway Company (SAR) from July 2008 to October 2015, playing a key role in the development of the North-South Railway project in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Rumaih served as VP for Education & Development at Alkhaleej Training & Education from January 2002 to February 2007. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester and a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
