Azikiwe K. Rich, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant Commissioner of Analytics, Performance, & Management at the New York City Department of Transportation, where leadership involves mentoring over 25 data professionals and overseeing key performance management initiatives. Rich has held multiple roles within the DOT, including Executive Director of Performance Management, where responsibilities expanded to include the agency's Chief Performance Officer, and the creation of the DOT Equity in Asset Management Tool.
