Andrew Tarbuck

Andrew Tarbuck is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and brokering, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter, Non Marine at TransRe since September 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Vice President, Property Treaty Underwriter at Sompo International from August 2019 to September 2023. Andrew began in underwriting at OdysseyRe, where responsibilities included Property Treaty and Retrocession Underwriting, and previously served as an Assistant Underwriter in the same domain. With experience as a Broker at RFIB Group Limited focusing on Property Retrocession, ILW, and Treaty Reinsurance, and as a Reinsurance Broker at Willis Re engaging with European clients, Andrew's background in the insurance industry is comprehensive. Andrew holds a degree in History from the University of Nottingham and completed education at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys.
