Pamela A. Joseph

Pamela Joseph is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services and payment processing industries. Currently, Pamela serves as the CEO and Executive Chair at Xplor, alongside positions on the Board of Directors for Adyen, Paychex, and TransUnion, and as an Operating Partner at Advent International. Previously, Pamela held significant roles as COO at TSYS and Vice Chair of Payment Services at US Bank. Pamela also served as President and COO of Elavon, Inc. and Director of New Market Development at Visa. Educationally, Pamela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
