Andrew Thorpe

Andrew Thorpe currently serves as the Group Manager for Product and Agile Delivery at Transurban, focusing on Agile Ways of Working within the Customer Experience and Operations division. Prior to this role, Andrew was with Elabor8 for over 13 years, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 50 consultants as the Group Manager for Victoria, overseeing strategy development, employee engagement, and client satisfaction. Andrew's extensive experience encompasses various leadership positions such as Head of Delivery Services and Lead Consultant, where responsibilities spanned national strategy implementation, large-scale Agile transformations, and Agile coaching across multiple industries. Andrew's earlier roles also include significant contributions as a Release Train Engineer at Australia Post and an Agile Coach at Monash University. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from Monash University.
