Matthew Neighbors is an accomplished sourcing and portfolio management professional with extensive experience in the retail and powersports industries. Currently serving as Sourcing Manager at Traulsen since November 2021, Matthew previously held key roles at Tucker Powersports, including Portfolio Director and Director of Owned Brands, where leadership of a team focused on private label house brands and supplier relationship management was a highlight. Prior to this, Matthew gained significant experience at MAG Retail Group and Tucker Rocky Distributing/Biker's Choice, where responsibilities included merchandise management and various product line management roles. Matthew's career began at Tucker Rocky Distributing as a CSR, showcasing a progressive elevation through diverse positions.
