Previously, Matthew held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Travelers in Europe from September 2012 to April 2015, and before that, served as Chief Operating Officer at Global Specialties, a division of Willis Group, from August 2009 to 2012. Matthew's earlier roles included Chief Operating Officer for Global Markets at Willis Limited and various solicitor positions, culminating in a Senior Solicitor role at Legal & General Assurance Society. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
