Fadel Muchtar started their work experience in 2015 as a Telemarketing Specialist at ANZ, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Direct Sales Agent at PT. Bank MNC Internasional, Tbk from May to October. During the same year, from May 2017 to April 2018, Fadel worked as a Freelance Photographer at ZEN Rooms. In 2018, they worked as a Mystery Shopper at Morigan Service from January to July, responsible for assessing product quality, customer service, and store environments. Currently, Fadel is working as a Photographer at Travelio starting from April 2019.

Fadel Muchtar attended STIKOM Prosia from 2018 to 2023, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences.
