Henna Hussain currently serves as the Manager of Global Inclusion and Diversity at AstraZeneca, focusing on managing global Employee Resource Groups and enhancing processes within the diversity and inclusion framework. Previously, Henna was the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Travelopia, where efforts centered on educational initiatives around EDI topics. Henna also held roles in global talent acquisition, overseeing recruitment for various sectors during Travelopia's aggressive growth phase post-pandemic. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IPEX Group and as a Recruitment Manager at Robert Half, alongside progressive roles at Hays.
