Lucy Dudman

Lucy Dudman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in executive assistance and learning and development. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Travelopia since June 2025, Lucy previously held various positions within the company, including Learning & Development Manager, Learning & Development Advisor, and Learning & Development Coordinator from June 2017 to June 2025. Prior to that, Lucy worked as the Learning & Capability Lead at Les Mills International from December 2023 to June 2025. Lucy Dudman holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Kent and has achieved 10 GCSEs with grades A*/A from Oathall Community College and Haywards Heath College.
