Jamie Smith

Jamie Smith is a Trainee Solicitor at Travers Smith as of August 2023, with experience across finance, dispute resolution, corporate M&A, ECM, and real estate. Previously, Jamie served as a Court Clerk at the Ministry of Justice UK, assisting High Court, Circuit, and District judges within His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service. Jamie's legal experience includes internships at respected firms such as White & Case LLP, Barclays, Pinsent Masons, and Irwin Mitchell, as well as a public relations role and editorial position at Durham University Rugby Football Club. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from Durham University and a Master of Laws – LLM in Law and Legal Practice from BPP Law School, along with completion of the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
