Jeremy Dennison

Jeremy Dennison is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Travers Smith since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jeremy was a Partner and General Counsel at Livingbridge, a prominent mid-market private equity firm, from April 2018 to April 2025, where the focus was on empowering businesses to realize their potential. Jeremy has extensive experience in the legal field, including previous positions as General Counsel at Travers Smith from July 2015 to March 2018, and General Counsel at MUSTO from July 2014 to July 2015.
