Jon Reddington

Jon Reddington is a partner in the corporate finance group at Travers Smith, where expertise includes domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory services. Since joining the firm in September 2004, Reddington has provided guidance on public company takeovers and equity fundraising for both quoted and private entities, having notably advised Pace, a UK provider of broadband and pay TV technology. Previously, Reddington served as a corporate associate, focusing on cross-border corporate finance and private equity matters. Prior to legal practice, Reddington held the rank of captain in the British Army from January 1995 to January 2001. Reddington holds a degree in Combined Social Sciences from Durham University, completed in 1995.
