Laura Kelly

Laura Kelly is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, private equity, and financial sponsorship. Currently a Partner at Travers Smith since September 2014, Laura has progressed through various roles including Senior Associate and Associate. Laura's expertise was further enhanced during a recent secondment as an Exchange Attorney at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP from May to August 2023, and as Legal Counsel Secondee at 3i Group plc from November 2016 to May 2017. Early career involvement included support staff at Kelly & Co Solicitors from July 2009 to September 2012. Academic qualifications include a LPC from BPP Law School, a GDL Law Conversion from the College of Law, and a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool.
