Paul Dubay

Paul Dubay currently serves as a Pilot/sUAS at R J Goan & Associates, focusing on property and facility assessments for security and operational readiness. In addition, Paul works as a Security Risk Management Consultant for Clement Bros Lawn & Landscape since November 2022 and holds a position as a Landscaper/Safety Manager at the Travis Mills Foundation, where involvement includes volunteer service for Post 9-11 service-connected injured recalibrated warriors. With extensive experience in law enforcement, Paul served as a Patrolman/School Resource Officer with the Gorham Police Department for nearly a decade and held various leadership roles in the USAF, including Law Enforcement/Security Forces Superintendent and Project/Program Manager. Paul’s educational background includes multiple degrees in Criminal Justice and Security Administration from institutions such as Southern Maine Community College, Mohawk Valley Community College, and the Community College of the Air Force.
