Amanda Rosen

Amanda Rosen currently serves as Senior Manager, Employee Experience at TravisMathew since January 2023. Previously, Amanda held various roles at Houzz from June 2017 to December 2022, including Employee Experience Manager, AMER, where strategic planning for employee engagement and advising senior leadership were key responsibilities. Amanda also managed a team as Workplace Experience Team Lead, overseeing project distribution and professional development, and coordinated workplace initiatives as Experience & Operations Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles at The Walt Disney Company, where Amanda contributed to project planning for new productions and managed park operations, as well as coordinating events for the Newport Beach Film Festival and serving as Public Relations Coordinator for Girls Inc. of Orange County. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and American Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
