Syed Ali has accumulated valuable experience in customer service and relationship management, currently serving as a Customer Service Executive at Trax Logistics (IBL Group) since June 2019 and as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Trax Group since February 2019. Previously, Syed held the position of Assistant Manager at Gul Ahmed. Educationally, Syed Ali completed studies at H.N.P.S.S from 1997 to 2010 and possesses a degree in ACCA, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management.
