Brian Svirbly has a strong background in electrical engineering and power systems. Brian worked at First Energy Corp as an Electrical Engineer from 2007 to 2013. Brian then joined Qual-Tech Engineers, Inc. as a Power Systems Engineer from 2013 to 2018. After that, they were a System Protection Engineer at TRC Solutions Inc from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at TRC Companies, Inc. as a System Protection Supervisor since 2020 and has held the positions of System Protection Manager and Principal Engineer since 2022 and 2023, respectively.
Brian Svirbly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University from 2002 to 2006. Brian also obtained a Professional Engineer Certification for Pennsylvania from The State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists in 2015.
