Frank Reilly

Frank Reilly is a Senior Vice President at TRC Companies, Inc. since August 2001, where responsibilities include strategic consulting, business planning, and strategy development. In the role of Executive Director of Clean Energy Transition, Frank leverages relationships with regulators, state energy offices, and utility clients, along with extensive expertise in power, energy efficiency, and demand side management to advance TRC's clean energy growth initiatives. Prior to TRC, Frank served as President of the Energy Services Group at AECOM from October 1987 to August 2001, where Frank founded the energy group.
