Katie Welsh

Katie Welsh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic execution. Currently serving as the Vice President of Project Management and Strategy Execution at Trean Corporation since July 2020, Katie has previously held positions such as Assistant Vice President of Portfolio and Project Management and IT Project Manager II at the same company. Prior to Trean Corporation, Katie served as General Manager at Change Masters® Incorporated from August 2005 to 2020. Beginning a career at Accenture from 1997 to 2005, Katie worked as a Consultant/Project Manager. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned from 1993 to 1997.
