Shaun Lorenz

Shaun Lorenz currently serves as Corporate Treasurer at Trean Corporation, providing strategic support to the CFO and guiding treasury, investments, and billing and collections functions since December 2023. Prior to this role, Shaun Lorenz held various positions at H.B. Fuller from 2009 to 2023, including Finance Director, where collaboration with the SVP established the strategic direction for an $800M global business, and Assistant Treasurer, overseeing global treasury and valuation activities. Additionally, Shaun Lorenz directed Treasury initiatives and managed the foreign currency program at H.B. Fuller, as well as worked as Treasury Manager at Ecolab, focused on capital structure and risk management. Shaun Lorenz began a career at Park National Bank, serving as Assistant Vice President among other roles. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
