Shala Bloomberg

Shala Bloomberg, MS, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and mental health services, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Partner at Johnson County, KS Government since August 2009. Prior roles include Human Resources Partner, Prevention Specialist, and Practicum Student within the same department. Before this, Shala worked at Pawnee Mental Health Services from November 2003 to August 2009, advancing from Children's Case Manager to Regional SED Waiver Program Manager and Wraparound Facilitator. Additional experience includes training roles with Wichita State's Kids Training Team and serving as a Psychology Research Assistant at Kansas State University. Shala holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Kansas State University.
