Siya Kulkarni

Siya Kulkarni is a Commercial Associate specializing in Natural Capital at Treeconomy since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Natural Capital Finance Intern at Imperial College Business School, where contributions were made as an ESG Analyst within the Student Investment Fund focusing on Energy & Utilities and Environmental Impact teams. Engagement with Positive Investment Imperial involved venture capital research from September 2022 to November 2023. Prior to these roles, significant work was done as an ESG Reporter at REDD Intelligence, where Siya led the launch of ESG news and research in Asian emerging markets, producing content on sustainable bonds and regulatory issues. Early career experiences include internships in journalism and research, with educational qualifications comprising a Master's degree in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong. Additionally, academic experience includes time at Tilburg University and a high school diploma from QSI International School of Shekou.
