TreeholeHK is a social enterprise that dedicates to improving the well-being of Hong Kong people with evidence-based and cost-effective means. We focus on the promotion of mindfulness meditation, which recently has received substantial interest from psychologists, their scientific endeavours have shown that a regular practice of meditation can effectively foster happiness and self-compassion. 

We aim to build a community that revolves around mindfulness practice, with social activities and technology complementing each other, making mindfulness a more accessible and sustainable practice, subsequently generating greater impact on well-being with lower cost.
