Operations Excellence at TreeHouse Foods, Jeff oversees operations involving up to 330 employees while focusing on waste reduction and process improvements. Previous roles at TreeHouse Foods included Autonomous Maintenance Manager and Production Manager. Jeff's background also includes key positions at ConAgra Foods and Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products. Prior to entering the private sector, Jeff served in the United States Air Force for nearly three decades, culminating in various human resources roles that supported thousands of military personnel. Jeff holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification, alongside multiple degrees in business administration and human resources.
