Perry Amoo-Mensah

Perry Amoo-Mensah serves as the Senior Director of Safety and Health at TreeHouse Foods since October 2017, overseeing health, safety, security, and loss prevention programs across 43 plants, 20 warehouses, and three company headquarters with a workforce of over 14,000 employees. Prior to this role, Perry held positions at Tyson Foods as Director of Safety & Health for Prepared Foods, where responsibilities included strategic oversight for 32 high-volume food processing plants, and at Hillshire Brands as Director of Environmental, Health & Safety, managing compliance and risk management. Perry's experience also includes leadership roles at PepsiCo, where significant achievements included overseeing safety for 121 facilities and leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives. Perry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology & Safety Management from Northern Illinois University.
