Erica Glasener is an experienced horticulturist and garden management professional, currently serving as the Manager of Garden Volunteers at the Historic Oakland Foundation since 2024. With a strong background in volunteer coordination and event management, Erica dedicated over 3.5 years to overseeing volunteer efforts and commemorative programs at Piedmont Park Conservancy, while collaborating with Trees Atlanta on tree planting initiatives. Erica's expertise extends to roles such as Senior Producer for the PBS show "Growing A Greener World," Marketing Manager for Gibbs Gardens, and host of "A Gardener's Diary" on HGTV for over 13 years. Author of "Proven Plants Southern Gardens," Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Maryland.

Empowered by its wonderful community of volunteers, Trees Atlanta serves the metro Atlanta area, and has grown to become one of Atlanta’s most widely known and supported non-profit organizations.
