Trees for Life
Trees for Life's goal is to preserve and restore the Rainforest and all the wildlife it supports in order to rewild the Highlands. Through three core initiatives, it seeks to establish a wild wooded landscape from the valley to the mountaintop where humans and nature may coexist. By creating novel methods for native tree planting, propagation, and management of the existing forest, they restore the wild, native forest. Assisting forest wildlife by restoring extinct animals, like red squirrels, to the natural forest. Rewilding may assist communities and individuals of all ages and abilities to become active, improving their health and well-being and offering chances for the development of new skills.
