Hailey Matos

Hailey Matos is currently the Customer Success Manager at Treez. Prior to joining Treez, Hailey worked as the Assistant Director of Operations & Business Development at Xiphos Corporation from January 2020 to June 2021. In this role, Hailey was responsible for creating and executing a strategic growth plan to acquire new business in the physical security industry with a focus on the Southern California Region. Hailey also assisted the Director of Business Development with physical security operations for clients including post orders, standards, policies and procedure. In addition, Hailey maintained close coordination, planning, communication and regular direct liaison with the client and around all aspects of physical security, safety, investigations and risk management programs. Hailey also assisted with public speaking engagements and community outreach programs targeting philanthropic efforts towards Veteran groups, disadvantaged groups, and sought opportunities for Xiphos to make positive impacts on the communities in which they operate.

Hailey has also held the position of Head of Customer Obsession at XYO from March 2019 to January 2020. In this role, Hailey was responsible for leading a team of customer success managers who were responsible for ensuring customer retention and growth. Hailey also created and executed customer success plans, developed relationships with key customers, and provided training and development for their team.

Hailey began their career in customer success as a Customer Success Manager at Jungo Inc from August 2014 to January 2020. In this role, Hailey was responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring their success with Jungo’s products and services. Hailey also developed relationships with key customers, provided training and development for their team, and created and executed customer success plans.

Prior to their career in customer success, Hailey worked as a Personal Assistant at A1 Alarms and Specialized Services from June 2013 to September 2013. In this role, Hailey provided administrative support to the owner of the company and assisted with the daily operations of the business.

Hailey Matos has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from UC San Diego.
