Josh Davis

Josh Davis is the current Customer Success Manager at Treez. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Innovative Management 360 (IM360) from December 2013 to March 2016. IM360 is a technology solutions firm for restaurants and medical marijuana dispensaries. They developed Hospitality Intelligence System (HINTS) - a modern point of sale, customer relationship management system, and intelligence platform that provides relevant customer information to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

Prior to their work at IM360, Josh Davis was a Consultant at Slalom Consulting from June 2010 to May 2013. Slalom Consulting is a national business and technology consulting firm with services ranging from broad areas like program management, business process improvement, and software development, to specialized solutions like CRM, Business Intelligence and Microsoft Solutions.

Josh Davis has a passion for achieving winning results and helping their clients achieve their strategic goals. Josh is eager to take on interesting and challenging projects with a balance of broad, global experience and a twist of ingenuity.

Josh Davis has a BS in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis and they studied Chinese Language at Fudan University.

Josh Davis reports to Joshua Godwin, Manager of Customer Success. They are on a team with Rain Britton - Customer Success Manager, Zak Kronick - Customer Success Manager, and Cherish Love - Customer Success Manager.
