Dana Hancock

Dana Hancock is a proud Sycamore receiving both her ungraduated degree and Master's in Human Resources Development at Indiana State University! Dana started her professional career as a Paralegal. She learned a lot along the way and used those skills to move into the field of Human Resources. She will be the first to admit, pursuing a career in HR is not for the faint of heart! Being responsible for making employment decisions, keeping watch over the welfare of employees and the business, as well as handling a company’s most sensitive information isn’t for everyone! Dana has worked in various industries, including retail, healthcare, higher education, distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and information technology and services.
