With nearly 15 years of Human Resources experience, LeighAnn is responsible for all things PeopleOps at Trella. She is a strategic and execution-focused PeopleOps leader and enjoys supporting organizations through states of transformation and growth.

Prior to joining Trella, LeighAnn worked primarily in the SaaS industry for employee benefits and healthcare companies. She started her career in Talent Acquisition and has helped organizations establish strong recruiting practices to help grow their business. She later transitioned into HR Management to have a broader impact on workforce planning, talent management, total rewards, and employee programs. LeighAnn is passionate about supporting organizations and their team members in ways that will maximize business objectives, optimize performance potential, and positively impact employee engagement. She strives to nurture company cultures in which team members can contribute their best work and are excited to provide their customers the utmost support.

LeighAnn graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology. She is SHRM-CP certified and has obtained several Talent Acquisition certifications throughout her career.

Aside from work, LeighAnn enjoys spending time with her family, keeping up with her fitness routines, and giving back to the community.
