Nourhan Ali

Nourhan Ali is currently a community operation representative on the Payops team at Trella. Prior to this, they worked as a community specialist at Uber, where they helped customers by answering product and service questions and preparing correspondences to ensure customer satisfaction. Nourhan also worked as a sales specialist for jovitronix and Second Step for marketing services, and as a customer service specialist for Orange.
