David Carpenter is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering Manager at TrellisWare Technologies since August 2023, David previously held positions as a Product Development Engineer at DTC Technical Services, where responsibilities included engineering design for electronics enclosures and robust sensor housings. Prior to that, David was the Senior Director of Operations at GroGuru Inc. and Ingenu, Inc., overseeing mechanical design for wireless product offerings and related systems. Earlier roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at On Ramp Wireless and Senior Staff Manager in Operations Engineering at Qualcomm, with a career spanning several decades in the technology sector. David earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from San Diego State University.
