York Mear Loh

York Mear Loh is an experienced leader in the technology and sales sectors, currently serving as the Founder of Marigold Systems, a startup focused on deep reinforcement learning for options strategies since August 2024. Prior to this, York held several senior positions, including Sales Director at Elastic and Enterprise Account Director at both Splunk and Software AG. A notable tenure as Regional VP at Pegasystems Asean involved regional sales management, while earlier roles at IBM included leadership in Big Data & Analytics and Hybrid Cloud sales, as well as managing the WebSphere product line. York holds a B.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and is pursuing further education at Singapore Management University, complemented by executive education from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
