Paulius Stravinskas serves as the Head of HR and Communications at Trelo since February 2021, focusing on strategic HR challenges, employer branding, and collaboration with recruitment agencies. Alongside this role, Paulius is an HR Club member from February 2023 and has been a Weather Forecaster for LRT since November 2019, responsible for preparing and presenting weather forecasts. Previous experience includes a decade at Affidea Lietuva as Communication Manager and Marketing and PR responsible, where Paulius developed external communication strategies and managed B2B and B2C marketing efforts. Earlier roles span from serving as Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Health Lithuania to project administration at the National Center of Public Health, contributing to food safety policies and regulatory processes. Paulius holds a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from Vilnius University, completed in 2014 and 2012, respectively.
