Tianna C. has worked in the field of biotechnology since 2010. Tianna began their career as a Neurology Laboratory Intern at UC Davis in 2010, where they studied under Dr. Robert Fairclough of Neurology and investigated the binding affinities of antibodies to the alpha subunit of the Acetylcholine receptor to understand the disease Myasthenia Gravis. In 2011, they moved to Calpath as an Anatomic Pathology Medical Lab Asst Lv3/Medical Transcriptionist. In 2014, they joined BayBio as a FAST Project Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Xcell Biosciences in two roles: Research Specialist III - Enthusiastic team player | Helping design and execute experiments, and Research specialist II. In 2017, they joined UNITY Biotechnology as an Associate Scientist, and in 2022, they moved to TRexBio as a Scientist I.

Tianna C. began their education at the University of California, Davis, where they obtained a B.S. in Microbiology in 2010. Tianna then pursued a Masters in Biomedical Science from San Francisco State University, completing the degree in 2015. In April 2022, they obtained a certification in the Learn the Command Line Course from Codecademy.
