Patricia Downes

Patricia Downes has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Patricia began their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Command Management Services Corporation. In 2010, they moved to Technology Integration Group as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2012, they joined McCarthy & Holthus LLP as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2013, they were a Human Resources Specialist at Sycuan Casino Resort. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Human Resources Manager at Pulse Electronics Corporation. Since 2019, they have been with Vode Lighting LLC, where they have held the roles of Director of People & Organization Development, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are the Vice President Human Resources at Trexon.

Patricia Downes has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University, which they earned from 2009 to 2010. Patricia then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ashford University from 2010 to 2013. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they began in 2020.
