Daryl Sutcliffe

Daryl Sutcliffe currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at The Restaurant Group plc since March 2023. Prior to this role, Daryl held multiple positions at Co-op from February 2016 to December 2022, culminating in the role of Head of Operational Resourcing/Resourcing Business Partner, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies for over 2,500 stores and achieving 18,000 hires annually. Daryl's earlier experience includes roles at TMP Worldwide UK, where Daryl worked as Candidate Marketing Manager, Account Director, and Account Manager, focusing on enhancing employer branding and recruitment solutions for clients. Daryl began the career as an Internal Account Manager at BNY and later served as an FX Clerk. Daryl’s foundational experience in human resources includes a role as HR Project Administrator at Pennine Care NHS Trust. Daryl earned a degree in Business and Communications from the University of Liverpool from 2003 to 2006.
