Zoie Field

Zoie Field has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People for The Restaurant Group plc since August 2004, also holding the position of Head of HR for TRG Concessions. Prior to this role, Zoie was the District HR Manager for South at TK Maxx from August 2002 to August 2004 and worked as an HR Manager at Heathrow from 2000 to 2002. Zoie's career in HR began at DSG International, where the role of HR Manager was held from 1994 to 2000.
