Erika Beatty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erika most recently worked at Tri Delta, starting in 2019, where they held the position of Director of Alumnae Experience until August 2021, and then transitioned to the role of Sr. Director of Data and Insights. Prior to this, Erika worked at Fiserv from 2015 to 2019, initially as a Business Process Engineer and later as a Sr. Business Analyst. Before joining Fiserv, they worked at Assurant Employee Benefits from 2008 to 2015, initially as a Regional Team Lead and later as an Operations Business Analyst. Erika also worked at Unum as a Sales Support Consultant in 2007. Erika started their career at Assurant Employee Benefits in 2002 as a New Business Coordinator. Prior to that, they had a role as a Training Specialist at Oracle in 2001. Erika also gained valuable experience during a summer internship at Mayo Clinic in 2000, where they served as an Administrative Project Assistant.
Erika Beatty has a diverse education history. Erika obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Communications and Applied Business from the University of Minnesota in 2014. Before that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Business Computer Systems Management from North Hennepin Community College in 2004. Additionally, they pursued General Studies at the University of Minnesota from 1999 to 2002.
Erika is currently pursuing an MBA in Information Technology Management at Western Governors University, set to be completed between 2022 and 2024.
Furthermore, Erika has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including but not limited to Surveys and Questionnaires for UX Projects from LinkedIn, miniMBA from Miami University, and Social Change Ambassador from AAUW, all achieved in 2021 and 2022.
