Mindy Tucker Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mindy is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Tri Delta, where they are responsible for strategic alignment, effective execution, and metric management across the enterprise. Mindy also leads the communications, marketing, events, data, and technology teams. Additionally, Mindy drives collaboration and manages diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging initiatives. Prior to this, Mindy was the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Tri Delta.
Before their role at Tri Delta, Mindy worked as a Partner at Crux Partners, specializing in crisis communications and reputation management. Mindy also had a role as a Contributor at San Diego Magazine, where they wrote a weekly column covering the local startup community. Mindy's experience includes serving as the Vice President of Strategic Communications at West Health and as a Senior Advisor at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide.
Mindy has had involvement in political campaigns as well, serving as Deputy Campaign Manager for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's re-election campaign and as Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Mindy was also a Senior Advisor for the Bush-Cheney '04 campaign. Mindy held senior positions at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where they were a Senior Vice President of Public Affairs.
Throughout their career, Mindy has demonstrated expertise in strategic communications, crisis management, marketing, and leadership. Their experience spans both public and private sectors, including non-profit organizations and political campaigns.
Mindy Tucker Fletcher has a BBA degree in Organizational Business and Political Science from Southern Methodist University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. In 2023, Mindy attended Wharton Executive Education and completed a certificate program in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development.
