Ken Krivanec

Ken Krivanec has served as the President of Tri Pointe Homes since October 2010, where notable contributions include participation as a Board Member and Executive Committee member for both the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Ken is involved with the ULI National Residential Neighborhood Development Council and has been a founding Vistage Member since December 2012. Previously, Ken held positions as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Quadrant Homes from 2003 to 2010. Education consists of an Executive Management Program Certificate from the University of Washington, pursued from 2004 to the present.
