Derek Klescewski

Derek Klescewski, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Controller at Tri Tool Technologies since March 2014, where responsibilities include establishing internal controls and advising the CFO on current activities. Prior roles include Senior Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant at Lautze & Lautze CPAs (now Marcum LLP), with a focus on financial statement audits and technical research in accounting. Additionally, Derek contributed as a Finance Committee Member for the YMCA of Embarcadero, assisting the Board of Directors with fiscal management. Early career experience includes roles at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, along with a tax internship at Pacific Coast Building Products. Education includes a BS in Accounting from California State University-Sacramento.
