Baylee Smith

Baylee Smith serves as the Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Inc., since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Grants Manager and Executive Assistant & Project Manager at United Way of Greater Greensboro, where responsibilities encompassed grant management and administrative support. Additional experience includes Communications Director for the Greensboro Faith Leaders Council, Procurement Assistant at Wake Forest University, and Lead Researcher for Forsyth Futures. Baylee Smith holds a Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University School of Divinity and a Bachelor of Arts in Greek & Religious Studies from Randolph-Macon College.
