Daniel La is an accomplished medicinal chemist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, Daniel serves as Vice President and Head of Medicinal Chemistry at TRIANA Biomedicines, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel held similar titles at NewCo, funded by RA Capital and Atlas Ventures, and worked as Senior Director at FogPharma. Previous experience includes positions at Sage Therapeutics and Amgen, where Daniel contributed significantly to medicinal chemistry initiatives. Daniel's academic background includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Boston College, complemented by a BS in Chemistry from Trinity College-Hartford.
