Dean Sadler is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Tribepad since January 2008, a company inspired by personal experiences related to recruitment challenges. Prior to this role, Dean held the position of Non Executive Director at SYHA from February 2011 to December 2016 and served as CIO/CTO at Plusnet (now part of BT Group plc) from February 1999 to April 2008, where Dean initially joined as a web developer. Academic credentials include multiple degrees from Sheffield Hallam University, such as an MPhil/PhD in Hardware/Software Co-Design and a Master's in Computing Science, complemented by executive education at prestigious institutions including Stanford University and Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
