Rachel C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Rachel started their career at the Supreme Court of Singapore, where they worked in strategic planning and research in both managerial and senior executive positions from August 2017 to July 2019. Rachel then joined the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) as a policy and planning professional from September 2019 to August 2021. In 2021, they joined Saturday Kids as an instructor specializing in Python programming from April 2021 to December 2022. Currently, Rachel is employed at Tribe, where they have held various roles including innovation manager from September 2021 to August 2022, partnerships lead from September 2022 to June 2023, head of accelerator from October 2022 to present, and head of partnerships from July 2023 to present.

Rachel C. holds a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in Sociology from the National University of Singapore. Rachel has also obtained additional certifications, including one as an Ethereum Blockchain Developer with Solidity from Udemy in 2021 and another in Computer Science from Harvard University's CS50 in 2020.
