Hector Taborda has an extensive work experience in the field of technology services and IT infrastructure. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Sr. PC Support and Network Technician at Associates of Westport, where they managed computer upgrades and provided technical support. In 1998, they joined Cadbury Schweppes & Dr Pepper Inc. as an IT Senior Data Communication & Security Engineer, responsible for managing security systems and infrastructure. In 2007, they became the IT Director, Perimeter Security at the same company, overseeing network monitoring and configuration for multiple locations. In 2010, they joined Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as an IT Director, Network Services & Latin America Infrastructure, where they managed operational functions and IT perimeter security across various countries. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Vice President of Technology Services at Tricolor Holdings.
Hector Taborda has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Telecom from Pace University. Hector also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus. Hector obtained their Electrical Technology degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. Additionally, they have an Associate in Science degree in Computer Science from SUNY Westchester Community College.
