Barbara Masten is the Director of the HLA Laboratory at TriCore Reference Laboratories and has been with the company since July 2001. Barbara is also a Professor at the University of New Mexico, where Barbara serves as the Program Director of the Medical Laboratory Sciences Program. Barbara holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Weber State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Their expertise lies in histocompatibility testing, immunology, molecular diagnostics, and transplantation.
